The Lagree Method in Puerto Rico
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout built on slow, controlled movements. Every 50-minute class combines strength, cardio, endurance, and balance.
At Well House, you’ll train on the Lagree Mini Pro. You can perform all the same exercises on the Mini Pro that you can on the Megaformer and Mega Pro. The only difference is its smaller footprint!
Well House’s Lagree team is led by Sarah, the first and only Official Master Trainer in Puerto Rico.

LAGREE CLASS TYPES

LAGREE 101
LEVEL: Open to all levels. Basic understanding of body mechanics is required.
REQUIRED: Grip socks are mandatory.
Learn the method. Build your base. If you're new to Lagree or just need a reset, this 50-minute class focuses on form, transitions, and control. You'll learn the essential Lagree moves and get comfortable on the Mini PRO.

LAGREE FULL BODY
LEVEL: Intermediate to advanced. Experience on the Mini Pro is recommended.
REQUIRED: Grip socks are mandatory.
Signature class. Full-body focus. Total effort. A high-intensity, total-body Lagree workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and control. Expect slow reps, heavy springs, and minimal rest. We recommend taking LAGREE Full Body 3–4 times per week with rest days in between.

A 50-minute full-body Lagree class with a strong upper-body focus. We’ll work shoulders, chest, back, and arms while still hitting the core and lower body for a balanced, strength-driven session.

LAGREE: Marta's Edition - IYKYK
PRE-REQUISITE: TWO LAGREE 101 are REQUIRED prior to taking LAGREE full body.
LEVEL: Intermediate to advanced. Experience on the MINI PRO is required.
REQUIRED: Grip socks are mandatory.
A slow, strength-forward Lagree class. This session emphasizes bone density support through controlled loading, isometric holds, long time-under-tension, and precise alignment.
About Lagree Puerto Rico x Well house
Lagree classes at Well House are powered by a collaboration with Core Tropics, LLC (@lagreepuertorico).
The program is led by Sarah, Official Lagree Master Trainer. With more than 10 years of experience teaching and practicing the method, Sarah brings precision, creativity, and depth to every class.
At Well House, Sarah develops Lagree 2.0–based routines for the Mini Pro, mentors new instructors, and leads bilingual classes in both English and Spanish.
This collaboration makes Well House the only place in Puerto Rico where you can experience Lagree on the Mini Pro, while also being part of a wider wellness community that includes Reformer Pilates, infrared-heated classes like Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, and more.
